Congratulations to Dr. Janet Kennedy, MD!

Dr. Janet Kennedy, MD of NCRS was just listed as one of Seattle Magazine's "Top Doctors." This annual peer-recommended roster of physicians is the among the highest acknowledgements for any physician.

"I am truly honored by this recognition. My chief ambition is to provide thoughtful and caring assistance to those who are struggling to build their families. I am especially pleased that my efforts are appreciated by my peers," said Dr. Kennedy.

Seattle Magazine sent surveys to more than 10,000 metro-area physicians and asked physicians to name the provider they would seek out or recommend to their loved ones in 110 specialty areas, regardless of hospital, clinic or health plan affiliation. More than 4,050 physicians were nominated. Several factors determined which names appeared in this list, including the number of nominations received by each physician, the area of specialty, the number of practitioners in the specialty, and vote and geographic distribution within each specialty of those nominated.

Dr. Kennedy was a member of the first undergraduate class in Johns Hopkins University history to graduate women. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree with honors in 1974. Since she earned her Medical Degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore in 1978, Dr. Kennedy has worked with dedication and focus in the field of reproductive medicine.
